Energy centre held their first LIVE, online workshop on Tuesday 7 June. Participants from the US, UK, France and Switzerland joined the online event.

Technology has made it possible to reach people far and wide and to bring sophrology to them.  Apart from some theory, participants joined Dorna in a sophrology exercice.

Positive feedback afterwards has inspired Energy centre to run regular live online workshops. Visit their website for information on the next online event.
