Energy Centre has invited Corrine Lewis – a specialist in Sophro-Ludic (Game Sophrology) from Paris, to run a special sophro-ludic workshop for the general public. No prior experience of Sophrology necessary.
Sophro-ludic was developed for children as a fun way for them to experience the sophrology concepts of ‘being in present time’, expanding awareness of body and mind and positive outlook. Adults loved it so much that it is now an integral part of the Sophrology programme.
Typically, after a sophro-ludique workshop people are full of energy and creativity.
